I have used them extensively on all my vehicles for years. Yet it was so great they helped free my silly dog that got himself stuck under a seat. The guys all said was a first. Teddy loved fred after being free from his sub seat adventure. Taylor is top notch along with many great guys there.

Went here after 2 shops told me my AC compressor was bad, they did a full flush of the system and let me know they found no leaks, were extremely honest and the owner worked with me on different options in case it was the compressor. They kept me informed every step of the way and even added dye to the refrigerant in case the issue happens again so they can diagnose quickly. 10/10 would bring my car here again

My older Honda had been making a loud noise for a while. Fred was able to promptly detect the problem and got it fixed for a reasonable price. It now feels and sounds as good as new!

Want to leave to review to support this business for their excellent service. I have annual checkup here to renew my sticker for about 2-3yrs so far. This year they informed me their finding and make me realize how serious it is. Regardless whether you get the final repair here, they do their examination work professionally, and provide the same level of service. I believe they are proud of their work and they really do care the riders safety rather like some other shops just want to scheme you. I followed their advice to not drive on Highway because one of my breaker pad is less than 1mm. And I do feel blessed to take my car there and very appreciated, because they could potentially saved me and my family members life by telling me the issue honestly, also not hiding such information unless I must have the repair with them. If you are someone wondering what has been done when you pay for the examination every year , is it just buying a piece of paper so you can still drive, you should try here.

I have been using Unlimited Auto care for over five years. There are numerous reasons to use Unlimited Auto Care. Probably the most important one is trust. You get the very honest truth about your vehicle from Taylor. That's the one thing about other repair shops, you don't always get is the truth! Not with Taylor and Fred, the owner. Taylor is world of knowledge. He will tell you things about your car that frankly I don't understand but the fact that this guy knows so much about cars is comforting. Their prices are reasonable and most importantly they will explain their costs to you before they make a move. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They stand behind their work which is certainly reassuring. I can certainly understand why these guys are so busy but they are never too busy to explain and show you what's wrong with your vehicle. I am very thankful that there is a trustworthy mechanic so close to me. Fred and Taylor are honest people and operate their business the same. I take my cars to them many of times for simple suggestions and they never try to upcharge or tell me I need all these extras. They give their honest opinions as if their own children were driving the cars. Their main goal is to be fair and to make your car safe to drive, without nickel and diming.

Can’t imagine anyone coming here and hating anything that they do. Very upfront mechanics and very honest about the fact that they are planning to do so; not once do you ever feel like you’re being sold on stuff that you don’t need. These guys are great mechanics and have been around for generations, it seems like. Exactly the type of people I like working with, and I don’t feel pressured into doing anything. Honest, fair, and great service! One-third to half the cost of most of the auto shops in the Heights, where I live. But, I’ll gladly make the trip!

Convenient location, easy access had good shop hands, overcharged me than initial estimate and added some lines that not performed such as inspection charges of 75 Dollar as my vehicle came for pre-determined service and declare on service order that they made repairs/replacement of subframe which was not the case as no repairs and no replacement been made by them, i asked them to repair a brake line and they did not do nor they commented why, i just find out the fine line is still on same condition despite the fact that i clearly show their staff the kink otherwise i do like there staff knowledge overall and i understand that they want to make extra money of every repair they made , i would expect the front desk staff to be upfront on their initial assessment and extra charges rather would enhance their reputation and improve their creditability and customer services ...

I have been taking my suburban to Auto Care Unlimited for many years. I now have 193,000 miles on it and Fred and The technicians at Auto Care have provided top-notch service. Recently, I heard a strange noise as I was backing up no idea what it was. I took the car in and the technicians discovered that part of the bracket holding the spare tire had broken and was causing it to rub on the tire and other items. Fred arranged to have the broken part welded. Their ability to troubleshoot has been fantastic in all these years. I have worked with them. They are not parts replacers they are top-notch technicians who know their job and do it well I can highly recommend them

This place is great! I took my car to get inspected at jiffy lube and for the 1st time in years my car didn’t pass inspection.. they never told me i failed/gave me an explanation on why it failed. So i took my car here to auto care unlimited to ask if they could tell me what i needed to get fixed in order to pass inspection. They looked just as confused as i was with the inspection paper jiffy lube gave me. They ran a scan/test on my car and nothing was even wrong with my car. I was in & out within 10 mins. Definitely will be coming here from now on for my auto needs.

I recently brought my 1995 Lexus Sc400 to Auto Care Unlimited and couldn’t be more impressed with their dedication to quality service. During the repair, a new pump they received turned out to be faulty. Instead of just moving forward or cutting corners, they took the time to order a replacement part to make sure my car was truly fixed right. To top it off, they went above and beyond by cleaning my skid plate—an extra touch I wasn’t expecting and at no extra cost! It’s rare to find a garage that values its customers this much. I felt confident in their work, knowing they wouldn’t settle for less than a job well done. Highly recommend!

Went in fir a simple battery change. Asked questions about other issues and instead if saying...yeah, we can spend your money, they were honest. I recommend this place because they seem honest. That's hard to fund in a mechanic.

The best!!! My brought my Mercedes in for a battery change and they gave me a great price without trying to upsell me. I later brought the same care in with a pneumatic problem and they were able fix it faster and much more reasonable than the dealer. My family (4 people) with over 20 cars between us have been going to Fred and his team for over 20 years with never a disappointment. Great people and outstanding service

This auto repair facility is located across the street from my office and is super convenient. My cars to them for the last 5 to 7 years and they have always treated me kindly and respectfully. They’ve also saved me a ton of money as compared to the standard Dealership prices. I have grown to confide in them on my car repair and maintenance needs. This place was amazing! I had been in an auto accident 2 days ago and took it here to make sure my car was safe to drive home to Wichita, KS. They unfastened a piece under the bumper that had become loose and when I asked what the charge was, I was told there would be no charge! My son has used this facility for 10 years and highly recommended them. I wish I had a place like this where I live.
