Can’t imagine anyone coming here and hating anything that they do. Very upfront mechanics and very honest about the fact that they are planning to do so; not once do you ever feel like you’re being sold on stuff that you don’t need. These guys are great mechanics and have been around for generations, it seems like. Exactly the type of people I like working with, and I don’t feel pressured into doing anything. I brought my truck in for some maintenance, and they diagnosed exactly what was wrong, and my truck rides like a dream again.

Ok, I've been coming here about 15 years, they do great work, very professional, and Fred and Taylor and the rest are good people, always treat with respect. Never had a problem. I will continue to go to them. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. GREAT WORK !!!!

Honest, fair, and great service! One-third to half the cost of most of the auto shops in the Heights, where I live. But, I’ll gladly make the trip!

Convenient location, easy access had good shop hands, overcharged me than initial estimate and added some lines that not performed such as inspection charges of 75 Dollar as my vehicle came for pre-determined service and declare on service order that they made repairs/replacement of subframe which was not the case as no repairs and no replacement been made by them, i asked them to repair a brake line and they did not do nor they commented why, i just find out the fine line is still on same condition despite the fact that i clearly show their staff the kink otherwise i do like there staff knowledge overall and i understand that they want to make extra money of every repair they made , i would expect the front desk staff to be upfront on their initial assessment and extra charges rather would enhance their reputation and improve their creditability and customer services ...

I have been taking my suburban to Auto Care Unlimited for many years. I now have 193,000 miles on it and Fred and The technicians at Auto Care have provided top-notch service. Recently, I heard a strange noise as I was backing up no idea what it was. I took the car in and the technicians discovered that part of the bracket holding the spare tire had broken and was causing it to rub on the tire and other items. Fred arranged to have the broken part welded. Their ability to troubleshoot has been fantastic in all these years. I have worked with them. They are not parts replacers they are top-notch technicians who know their job and do it well I can highly recommend them

This place is great! I took my car to get inspected at jiffy lube and for the 1st time in years my car didn’t pass inspection.. they never told me i failed/gave me an explanation on why it failed. So i took my car here to auto care unlimited to ask if they could tell me what i needed to get fixed in order to pass inspection. They looked just as confused as i was with the inspection paper jiffy lube gave me. They ran a scan/test on my car and nothing was even wrong with my car. I was in & out within 10 mins. Definitely will be coming here from now on for my auto needs.

I recently brought my 1995 Lexus Sc400 to Auto Care Unlimited and couldn’t be more impressed with their dedication to quality service. During the repair, a new pump they received turned out to be faulty. Instead of just moving forward or cutting corners, they took the time to order a replacement part to make sure my car was truly fixed right. To top it off, they went above and beyond by cleaning my skid plate—an extra touch I wasn’t expecting and at no extra cost! It’s rare to find a garage that values its customers this much. I felt confident in their work, knowing they wouldn’t settle for less than a job well done. Highly recommend!

Went in fir a simple battery change. Asked questions about other issues and instead if saying...yeah, we can spend your money, they were honest. I recommend this place because they seem honest. That's hard to fund in a mechanic.

The best!!! My brought my Mercedes in for a battery change and they gave me a great price without trying to upsell me. I later brought the same care in with a pneumatic problem and they were able fix it faster and much more reasonable than the dealer. My family (4 people) with over 20 cars between us have been going to Fred and his team for over 20 years with never a disappointment. Great people and outstanding service

This auto repair facility is located across the street from my office and is super convenient. My cars to them for the last 5 to 7 years and they have always treated me kindly and respectfully. They’ve also saved me a ton of money as compared to the standard Dealership prices. I have grown to confide in them on my car repair and maintenance needs. I encourage you to stop by and have them help you with your car repair needs as well.

This is a good, honest auto care shop. I've been taking my car in for various repairs for over 3 years, and they've always done excellent work. They also have nice customer service and will keep your vehicle running well.

This place was amazing! I had been in an auto accident 2 days ago and took it here to make sure my car was safe to drive home to Wichita, KS. They unfastened a piece under the bumper that had become loose and when I asked what the charge was, I was told there would be no charge! My son has used this facility for 10 years and highly recommended them. I wish I had a place like this where I live.

Taylor was super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very inviting, service is fast, customer service is excellent from the time you walk in the door. Has the feeling of a local neighborhood auto mechanic where everyone knows your name. Will return for any car needs in the future! Highly recommend!

My air conditioner and windshield wiper fluid had both quit working on my Hyundai Elantra so I pulled into Auto Care Unlimited and they took my car right in. Everything was fixed and my car was ready to go by 1 pm the next day. They were polite, efficient and the place is really clean. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need my car looked at. Thank you Auto Car Unlimited!

I came in to AutoCare and was greeted by Taylor who patiently listened to my car troubles. Even being short handed, he took his time with me and asked questions. While waiting in parking lot for ride, he came running out to explain my problems are solved! I needed a quick reprogram, snd he did it!! This is, by far, the most honorable and trustworthy auto repair shop I have visited. I will be sharing their info with all my friends and family!! Thank you again!

They were ablt to fix the mulitple problems with my car in a timly manner and gave me great recommendations. Oscar was extremely helpful and took care of eveything with my extended warrenty, the tech was knowledgable and diagnosed issues another shop could not figure out. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Came in to get my headlights fixed and he fixed them so easily and didn’t even charge me. I appreciate people who are fair. I’m definitely their new customer for anything else I need.

My car started overheating on my way to work, and I brought it into ACU by coincidence due to convenience. I was genuinely grateful for the way the front desk staff helped take care of me, and let me relax while they thoroughly inspected my vehicle. I received excellent service and I now feel confident that they will be my new go-to mechanic for all of my vehicles moving forward.

First of all, I do my own mechanical work as much I can because I know what I am doing. As for the works that is beyond my level (lack of proper tools and equipment) , I go to Autocare Unlimited. This is one of the very few shops in town that I can absolutely trust to get the job done without unnecessary upsales, and to have it done right the first time.

Thank you Auto Care Unlimited!!! You guys really came through after leaving Mak Haik Chevrolet with a $14,000 bill to rebuild my engine when all I needed was a smaller repair. You're now my new go to shop!
